Course Overview: This introductory intensive provides a comprehensive foundation in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy, the core concepts of Dr. William Glasser’s Glasserian Psychology. Participants will explore how internal motivation, personal responsibility, and quality relationships form the basis of effective decision-making, mental well-being, and meaningful change. Learning Objectives: By the end of this course, participants will: Understand the key principles of Choice Theory, including the basic needs, the quality world, and total behavior. Learn the practical application of Reality Therapy as a problem-solving method focused on present choices and accountability. Practice using Reality Therapy techniques to help individuals evaluate their actions and make more effective choices.
