Refund Policy

At Choice Theory Ireland, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be fair and transparent.

Cancellations by Participants

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.

• You may transfer your booking to another available course date if spaces allow.

Cancellations by Choice Theory Ireland

If a course is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
