Service Description

Duration: 30 hours Led by: Certified Advanced Instructor Advanced Training builds on the foundations of Basic Intensive Training and Pre-Advanced experience, providing in-depth exploration and application of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy principles. Deepened Knowledge: Expand understanding of total behavior, human needs, and the principles of effective Reality Therapy practice. Advanced Skill Development: Refine counseling, leadership, and relational techniques for complex situations. Experiential Learning: Engage in role-plays and interactive exercises to integrate theory into practice. Self-Evaluation & Reflective Practice: Strengthen insight into your personal and professional growth through structured self-assessment and guided reflection. Supportive Learning Environment: Delivered in a psychologically safe, inclusive setting that values neurodiversity and fosters confidence and competence. This module prepares participants for Pre-Certification Training, and certification, equipping them to apply Choice Theory and Reality Therapy effectively in diverse personal and professional contexts.
