Service Description
40 hours training. 30 hours led by a Pre-Certification Supervisor, plus 10 hours of self-directed study in a peer group. The Advanced Practicum is the final step before professional certification, providing intensive, supervised application of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy principles. Applied Mastery: Practice advanced techniques in the language of choice, self-evaluation, leading, counselling/mentoring skills, and relational problem-solving under the guidance of a Pre-Certification Supervisor. Experiential Learning: Engage in role-plays, case studies, and interactive exercises to fully integrate theory into practice. Self-Evaluation & Reflective Practice: Conduct structured self-assessment and reflection to identify strengths, growth areas, self-evaluation, and readiness for certification. Supportive Environment: Delivered in a warm, psychologically safe, and inclusive space that values neurodiversity and encourages confidence and professional growth. Certification Preparation: Prepares participants to demonstrate competency, understanding, and practical skill for formal evaluation and certification. This Advanced Practicum ensures participants leave equipped to apply Choice Theory and Reality Therapy effectively and responsibly, with self-awareness and professional competence at the forefront.
